Thanks for testing this! We'll get testing on this particular device but could we get you to test two quick things?a) Can you turn on the app when your tablet has WiFi. Unfortunately, currently we need to connect to DJI's servers to activate the DJI on your particular tablet. This only needs to be done once! After which you should be able to use the app without needing WiFi. b) Sometimes we've noticed that simply rebooting the app i.e. completely closing the app, unplugging the USB and reconnecting it brings up the video. We are trying to get to the bottom of why this is needed sometimes, however, this is a stopgap.

at first, this android tablet works very well with DJI Go and Litchi.
i have done everything what you suggested but at least i got a black screen.maybe it is possible to try your iOS app?( iPhone 6 V.9.2 and inspire pro x5)

Yes, app reboot works. First time running the app took 4 times reboot before I can view.
I assume the black screen issue a lot are getting and the laggy video stream I am getting on the Nexus 9 are separate issues? Any news or suggestions of things I could try on the Nexus 9 with laggy video? I'm guessing there's not much I can do?
Not sure if this has been covered already but both devices tested galaxy note 4 900w8 and galaxy tab 2. Everything comes up ok and interface appears to work but whenever a record button is used the camera driver says the SD card is full. Maybe an option to format the card as expected?
Hi @henick. That's a new one. Are you sure your SD card is not actually full ? If not this is a bug for sure and we'll get right on it :)
Card wasn't full but everything works after a format.
I had the black video but when I killed Litchi using task manager, it appeared to connect and get good video.
Update your video player application. Use rebooting option only when if again black screen appears but firstly try to update software. For rebooting steps and other solutions go through Acer A1-840 Manual. Rebooting will definitely solve your issue.
