Ok I'm just trying to understand the Vertical Onsite functions and abilities before hand. I reviewed everything about the program that I could find which left me with questions. Rather then using email for discussion I thought it would be better to post here and possibly promote others to do the same at times of beta testing.
Prior to receiving the beta test email, I knew very little about this program. So I want to post what I believe the program to be and go from there. So let me know if I'm right or wrong. I think this is a basic program that you upload Geo tagged images of an area you want to share a aerial presentation with the ability to add pin points with description.
I have not tried using the program yet so I don't yet know if there are any hidden features that appear as you go, or not. If there is additional features the great. If the program only consist of what I mentioned so far then there will need to be some added bells & whistles so to speak.
As I study the current setup, it appears that it will only be viewed from overhead and straight down. Is that right? Is it limited to the angle of the uploaded images? Does the program have the ability to show say the side of tall buildings or maybe the side of bridge. What if a client was wanting see a bridge support structure or foundation. Is that possible?
I don't see any suggested info listed anywhere. Such as recommendations aircraft placement when taking images, or say the aircraft should be at the same Altitude Height for each image, ect. Some clarification on what this tool is all about would be helpful.
